Development blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a notes section labelling different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for dock shelters.
